How to Pay Your Deposit Online

通过GMercyU的学生自助服务门户网站在线支付录取和住房押金. Not sure where to start? Just follow these step-by-step instructions. If you have questions or need help, 请联系您的招生顾问或致电215-641-5510或发送电子邮件至 admissions@ykbank.net and someone will help you.  (Are you newly accepted graduate student? Please contact an admission counselor about your next steps.)

1.)输入“”，登入您的自助服务帐户 myss.ykbank.net/Student 在浏览器中，并使用录取电子邮件中提供的凭据登录. 您应该已经收到了您的用户名和密码的电子邮件 admissions@ykbank.net a few days after you were accepted. 在收件箱、垃圾邮件或垃圾邮件文件夹中找不到? 请联系你的招生顾问! 提醒:用户名中不包含“@gmercyu”.edu” portion.

请按照括号中的说明更新密码! 您需要将MMDD更改为您的两位数出生月份和日期, otherwise, you won't be able to log in. For example, if a student's birthday is January 1, 他们需要在密码的其余部分之前输入0101才能访问他们的帐户.

3.)下一个屏幕将显示一个帐户摘要. 你会注意到余额都是0美元.00 — that’s perfectly normal! 在第一个账单发出之前，您不会看到实际的余额. 你所需要做的就是点击屏幕右侧的“存款”链接. [Sometimes, this page won’t appear; there’ve been instances where users are met with a message stating there is no information to display. If this happens, see Step 3a.]

3a.)，如果您没有看到前一页，并遇到了一个错误, 您必须通过位于页面左侧的侧导航栏(黑色)进行导航。. 单击Financial Information图标，导航将展开. 接下来单击“学生财务”，然后单击“存款”.

4.) After you click the link, 您将被重定向到我们的安全支付网站- touchnet -这将看起来像下面的屏幕. 向下滚动此页面以接受同意和协议.

6.)接下来，从相应的下拉菜单中选择要支付的保证金. 请注意，您一次只能支付一笔押金! 建议先支付承兑保证金, 如果你打算住在校园里，那么就单独完成住房押金的交易. 单击Select按钮进行确认，然后单击Continue进入下一页.

7.)选择付款方式-您可以选择电子支票(支票/储蓄)或信用卡或借记卡.

7a.) If paying by electronic check, 您需要选择帐户类型(支票或储蓄)，并手头有路由号码和银行账号-这两个都可以在支票的底部找到. 通过添加您的账单信息来完成表单, 然后单击Continue移动到确认页面.

7b.)如果使用借记卡或信用卡支付，请输入卡号，然后点击绿色的“继续”按钮. On the next page, 您将被要求提供有关信用卡的其他信息以及账单地址. 添加完这些信息后，单击Continue移动到确认页面.

8.) You’re almost done! 你需要做的最后一件事就是查看你的付款信息，然后点击屏幕底部的“提交”按钮. 请注意，确认邮件将自动发送到我们为您存档的个人电子邮件帐户-因此请务必检查您的垃圾邮件或垃圾邮件文件夹(并在必要时转发给您的父母)。!
